We do not sell your personal information.

We retain data for 2 years after account deletion for fraud prevention, legal claims defense, and compliance with offer partner requirements.

8. Your Rights

8.1 All Users

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Correction: Update inaccurate information through your profile settings
  • Deletion: Delete your account through your profile settings to begin the data deletion process
  • Portability: Export your data

Important: To delete your data, you must delete your account. You cannot request data deletion while keeping your account active. After account deletion, data is retained for the periods specified in Section 7 for fraud prevention and legal compliance before being permanently deleted.

8.2 EEA Users (GDPR)

Additional rights under GDPR:

  • Withdraw consent: Revoke consent at any time

8.3 California Users (CCPA)

Note: We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by CCPA.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Submit requests to privacy@earnopolis.com. We will verify your identity by confirming:

  • Your email address matches an account
  • Recent account activity (e.g., last login, recent earnings)

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require written authorization and identity verification for both you and your agent.

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days.

Request Limitations

You may submit up to two (2) access requests per 12-month period. We reserve the right to deny requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, or to charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs for such requests.
